The following are the requirements for any current members of the Game-Refraction site to obtain the privilege of getting media passes to any event
- Must be willing to have fun.
- Must be willing to provide own costs incurred by transportation/hotels
- Must be a contributing member of this site for a minimum of 6 months, with an active account
- Must have at least one article or review published within the last 3 months
- Must have a minimum of 3 articles within the last 6 months
- Must be willing to provide a written (or video) account of the event in question, whether it be a photo essay, event review or review of particular segments of the event (such as panels, discussion groups, media presentations)
- Must be willing to take good quality pictures (or video) of the event
- Must provide a clean appearance with a good attitude at the event (Remember, you represent this site)
- Must be willing to purchase collectors swag (Like an event T-shirt) for site owners/managers (If requested. Items will be reimbursed in cost)
