The first public demo for Prison Simulator to be available during PAX Online X EGX Digital

As you may know, work is work; you have to do it every day. Some people like their job, but others do it because they have to. It’s the same in Prison Simulator. You’re a guard, so on the one hand, your role is keeping order, punishing bad behavior, and preventing fights among the prisoners. On the other (and more interesting) hand – you can do whatever you want.

Add the game to your wishlist on Steam ( to follow further updates on its development.

Who said you have to be a great officer? Maybe you prefer to trade with prisoners, help them with smuggling, or maybe you like watching their battles? You should have some fun too! In our prison, you can be a cunning guard. Have a bad day? Don’t worry, you have plenty of prisoners nearby – choose one and beat him. Reason? You don’t need one! You’re the boss! Or… at least you think you are. But there are still rules, and you have to follow them. Remember, you have a deal with some prisoners, and you can’t touch them. Got it?

Prison Simulator offers you many types of weapons: nightstick, tasers, guns, and pepper spray. You can choose whatever you want. Your boss is the warden – the great man of the prison – but who cares? You rock!

We don’t know what kind of guard you will be but remember that our game gives you a choice. Play as you like! Release your spirit and send us feedback on how you felt on our Discord server. We want to know your opinion about Prison Simulator.

  • Try to balance between tasks for the prison management, and small requests from convicts to maintain the relationship between the two sides on the most neutral level possible, to make sure you gain profit from both groups.
  • As a prison guard, you will have many tasks such as accepting new prisoners, searching prison cells and prisoners in order to find contraband, confiscating illegal objects belonging to convicts, reviewing monitoring, maintaining order and security, pacifying problematic prison residents, and much more.
  • On top of all of the above Prison Simulator offers you complete playthrough freedom. You can do whatever you like, remembering that your loose actions and behaviors may also affect relations with prison employees as well as with convicts themselves. Especially when you decide to pacify them very often and for no good reason.
  • The campaign mode, as well as the free play mode, are both available in the game. Complete missions and quests or ignore them completely and do whatever you like. Interact with the whole environment, visit the farthest corners of the prison, or just kick some butts!

Prison Simulator is currently under development.
