E3 2017 – God of War for PS4 makes second appearance at Sony’s E3 stage.

Sony once against showed us the future for Kratos, the God of War, as the title character is once against hacking and slashing various monsters, but this time in gorgeous 4k on the PlayStation 4 Pro.

The title looks to release in early 2018, as was announced at the E3 2017 Press Conference.

God of War was shown off with another trailer that shows Kratos, and his son, embarking on a mission, while also training the boy in combat. His son also appears to understand many different languages of the monster’s that confront Kratos, and hopefully this dynamic is used in fun and interesting ways.

Despite not much detail being announced about the game, it does look flat out gorgeous, but that was to be expected by the team at Santa Monica Studios.

Kratos will also be voiced by Christopher Judge in this newest take on the character and not that of the original voice actor.

For more E3 2017 coverage, keep checking back over the next few days!
