Vector Thrust Reaches New heights in Early Access Beta

Haarlem, The Netherlands – February 24, 2015 – Having introduced their arcade flight combat game Vector Thrustscreenshot_8 on Steam’s Early Access in August 2014, publisher Iceberg Interactive and developer TimeSymmetry are thrilled to announce Vector Thrust has entered Beta in Steam’s Early Access. With a growing community, positive user reviews, a unique cel-shaded art style and intuitive controls, Vector Thrust is a blast from the past for those with fond memories of popular ‘90s console flight combat games.

“I am very excited to see Vector Thrust reach the final stage of development as we are now officially entering Beta,” said TimeSymmetry’s Cláudio Rodrigues. “I hope all players will enjoy this new Beta build with many new additions and I’m looking forward to revealing even more surprises along the way.”

Vector Thrust’s Beta introduces new features, more aircraft and weapons, and 50 missions. Players can purchase the game on Steam for $19.99 and still be a part of Early Access for the next few months prior to the games launch in Q2, 2015.

Major additions from Alpha to Beta include:

  • 20 new playable aircraft
  • Lots of new weapons
  • New boss units
  • More than 50 new missions
  • New visual effects
  • Several new maps
