Rudyard Kipling’s “Kim” Coming to Steam this March!

LONDON, UK, 6 January 2016 – The Secret Games Company invites you to explore Rudyard Kipling’s India in their upcoming game based on his masterwork – Kim. Play your own versions of this classic adventure with branching narratives, stealth, combat and survival gameplay. Kim was recently Greenlit on Steam and Early Access begins in March with full launch later in 2016.

“We set out to make a game that lets you enjoy Nobel Prize winning writing and explore a fascinating setting, which still divides opinion over a century later. Colonial India’s hand-painted towns and procedurally generated countryside hold adventures, secrets and treasure to be discovered and no one playthrough will grant them all!”- Jeremy Hogan, Director at The Secret Games Company

–    1880s India brought to life in an enormous open world
–    Rudyard Kipling’s dialogue in ‘choose your own adventure’ conversations
–    Simple but satisfying stealth and combat set to a stirring soundtrack

About The Secret Games Company

The Secret Games Company is an indie team of experienced devs, who make original games that deliver deep gameplay in an accessible format. Rise: Battle Lines  was their first video game following their board game Dreaming Spires. They live by the motto of aviator-poet, Antoine de Saint-Exupery: “A designer knows he has achieved perfection not when there is nothing left to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.”
