DeNA, a global leader in mobile gaming and developers and publishers of hit CCGs like Rage of Bahamut and Hellfire, today announced the release of Deckstorm: Duel of Guardians. A fast-paced, competitive, collectible mobile card game with deep customization, Deckstorm challenges players to throw down cards at the same time in strategic battles that last under five minutes. Deckstorm is currently available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad and on Google Play for Android devices.

Deckstorm is a reimagined CCG designed for the mobile player in mind featuring lightning quick matches, deep card progression, and a wealth of content in single-player and player-versus-player modes. The game is inspired by the original card battle game, War, where players must reveal their cards at the same time, but offers a modern interface and a rich, fantastical story that guides the fast-paced gameplay.

“If you like War (the card game), you’ll love Deckstorm, its matches are quick, but for those who want to plan, there’s a lot of deep customization, layers, and choices to creating your deck.” –  Trump, professional gamer and Twitch streamer.

The best players will be able to use instinct and strategy to anticipate their opponents’ moves, swiftly and simultaneously throwing down cards to claim victory. With an in-depth campaign mode as well as daily, weekly, and monthly stages, players will always have a wealth of thrilling content for any desired time commitment — and for any play style – every time they open the app.
